High-Vacuum Multi-Layer Insulation Technology
The core performance of cryogenic tanks and Dewar flasks depends on their insulation capability. Our R&D focuses include: MLI Material Optimization: Researching optimized combinations of high-reflectivity aluminum foil and low-thermal-conductivity spacer materials, fine-tuning layer density to balance insulation performance with manufacturing cost Advanced Adsorbent Materials: Developing novel adsorbent materials suitable for cryogenic environments to extend vacuum service life Cold Shield Pre-Research: Exploring active cold shield designs for ultra-low-temperature media such as liquid helium and liquid hydrogen to further reduce evaporation rates
High-Pressure Cylinder Lightweighting & Safety
High-Strength Steel Application: Trialing higher-yield-strength micro-alloyed steels within burst safety margin requirements, achieving 10%–15% weight reduction in cylinder bodies Finite Element Analysis (FEA) : Structural analysis using ANSYS to optimize head profiles, wall thickness transitions, and stress distribution around valve boss areas Fatigue Life Research: Developing fatigue life prediction models under various pressure cycling conditions to ensure long-term operational safety
Smart Monitoring & IoT
Smart Level/Pressure Monitoring Module: Integrated low-power wireless sensors enabling remote reading of liquid level and pressure data Cloud Operations Platform (In Development) : IoT-based centralized monitoring, alert push, and data analytics for distributed tank installations
Modular Filling System Design
Developing skid-mounted filling manifolds and pressure-regulating metering skids to meet overseas customers' needs for space-constrained or rapidly deployable sites Standardized interface design supporting plug-and-play, rapid installation, and flexible expansion
