Steel Sourcing: Exclusively uses custom-grade steel from Tier-1 mills , with material certificates supplied for every batch
Heat Treatment: Fully automated computer-controlled furnaces with ±5°C precision, ensuring consistent mechanical properties across all units
Precision Machining: CNC machining for critical components; valve seats and spindles machined to ±0.01mm tolerance
Welding: Certified welders performing both automated orbital welding and manual TIG welding; welding procedure qualifications per ASME Section IX
Surface Treatment: Stainless steel products undergo standard pickling & passivation plus polishing; carbon steel products receive shot blasting plus three-layer anti-corrosion coating or high-temperature powder curing.

Every equipment unit is assigned a unique serial number that traces back to raw material heat numbers, production teams, inspection records, and factory acceptance test data — delivering full lifecycle traceability.


Optical emission spectrometer (OES) verifies elemental content against material certificates for every steel batch
Universal testing machine measures tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation
Charpy impact testing at -40°C / -196°C to verify low-temperature service suitability
Ultrasonic thickness gauge performs spot checks on steel plate thickness deviation
The first welded sample of each shift must pass X-ray NDT before batch production begins
Each weld seam is logged with welder ID, filler material batch number, and welding parameters
Critical dimensions are measured and recorded every 2 hours
Computer-logged furnace temperature curves with heat treatment reports for every batch
All cylinders and vessels undergo hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5× working pressure, with a minimum hold time of 30 minutes
Nitrogen pressurization to working pressure followed by underwater leak detection, or high-sensitivity helium mass spectrometer leak testing
Batch sampling to verify burst safety margin at 2.5–3.5× working pressure
Interlayer vacuum verified to ≤ 1×10⁻² Pa before dispatch
24-hour liquid nitrogen static evaporation rate test to confirm insulation performance
Multiple fill-vent LN₂ cycles to verify structural stability under alternating temperatures
Each valve is individually tested for opening, closing, regulation, and relief at rated pressure
All pressure gauges and level indicators undergo third-party calibration before shipment
Comprehensive verification of appearance, piping connections, electrical wiring, and nameplate information
Material certificates, NDT reports, heat treatment records, pressure test reports, and calibration certificates all archived
Moisture-proof, shock-proof, and securing solutions verified to meet sea/air freight standards
Serial number, model, production date, and standard markings cross-checked against the customer order
